Description

Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center solution that you use to set up and manage a customer contact center and provide reliable customer engagement at any scale. Amazon Connect provides metrics and real-time reporting that enable you to optimize contact routing. You can also resolve customer issues more efficiently by getting customers in touch with the appropriate agents. There are limits to the number of Amazon Connect resources that you can create. There are also limits to the number of requests that you can make per second. For more information, see Amazon Connect Service Quotas in the Amazon Connect Administrator Guide. You can connect programmatically to an AWS service by using an endpoint. For a list of Amazon Connect endpoints, see Amazon Connect Endpoints. Working with contact flows? Check out the Amazon Connect Flow language.

AWS IoT SiteWise

Welcome to the IoT SiteWise API Reference. IoT SiteWise is an Amazon Web Services service that connects Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) devices to the power of the Amazon Web Services Cloud. For more information, see the IoT SiteWise User Guide. For information about IoT SiteWise quotas, see Quotas in the IoT SiteWise User Guide.

Amazon API Gateway

Amazon API Gateway Amazon API Gateway helps developers deliver robust, secure, and scalable mobile and web application back ends. API Gateway allows developers to securely connect mobile and web applications to APIs that run on AWS Lambda, Amazon EC2, or other publicly addressable web services that are hosted outside of AWS.

AWS Certificate Manager Private Certificate Authority

This is the ACM Private CA API Reference. It provides descriptions, syntax, and usage examples for each of the actions and data types involved in creating and managing private certificate authorities (CA) for your organization. The documentation for each action shows the Query API request parameters and the XML response. Alternatively, you can use one of the AWS SDKs to access an API that's tailored to the programming language or platform that you're using. For more information, see AWS SDKs. Each ACM Private CA API operation has a quota that determines the number of times the operation can be called per second. ACM Private CA throttles API requests at different rates depending on the operation. Throttling means that ACM Private CA rejects an otherwise valid request because the request exceeds the operation's quota for the number of requests per second. When a request is throttled, ACM Private CA returns a ThrottlingException error. ACM Private CA does not guarantee a minimum request rate for APIs. To see an up-to-date list of your ACM Private CA quotas, or to request a quota increase, log into your AWS account and visit the Service Quotas console.

AWS Lake Formation

AWS Lake Formation Defines the public endpoint for the AWS Lake Formation service.

AWS IoT Secure Tunneling

AWS IoT Secure Tunneling AWS IoT Secure Tunnling enables you to create remote connections to devices deployed in the field. For more information about how AWS IoT Secure Tunneling works, see AWS IoT Secure Tunneling.

Amazon Athena

Amazon Athena is an interactive query service that lets you use standard SQL to analyze data directly in Amazon S3. You can point Athena at your data in Amazon S3 and run ad-hoc queries and get results in seconds. Athena is serverless, so there is no infrastructure to set up or manage. You pay only for the queries you run. Athena scales automatically—executing queries in parallel—so results are fast, even with large datasets and complex queries. For more information, see What is Amazon Athena in the Amazon Athena User Guide. If you connect to Athena using the JDBC driver, use version 1.1.0 of the driver or later with the Amazon Athena API. Earlier version drivers do not support the API. For more information and to download the driver, see Accessing Amazon Athena with JDBC. For code samples using the Amazon Web Services SDK for Java, see Examples and Code Samples in the Amazon Athena User Guide.

Amazon EC2 Container Registry

Amazon Elastic Container Registry Amazon Elastic Container Registry (Amazon ECR) is a managed container image registry service. Customers can use the familiar Docker CLI, or their preferred client, to push, pull, and manage images. Amazon ECR provides a secure, scalable, and reliable registry for your Docker or Open Container Initiative (OCI) images. Amazon ECR supports private repositories with resource-based permissions using IAM so that specific users or Amazon EC2 instances can access repositories and images. Amazon ECR has service endpoints in each supported Region. For more information, see Amazon ECR endpoints in the Amazon Web Services General Reference.

Amazon Timestream Write

Amazon Timestream is a fast, scalable, fully managed time series database service that makes it easy to store and analyze trillions of time series data points per day. With Timestream, you can easily store and analyze IoT sensor data to derive insights from your IoT applications. You can analyze industrial telemetry to streamline equipment management and maintenance. You can also store and analyze log data and metrics to improve the performance and availability of your applications. Timestream is built from the ground up to effectively ingest, process, and store time series data. It organizes data to optimize query processing. It automatically scales based on the volume of data ingested and on the query volume to ensure you receive optimal performance while inserting and querying data. As your data grows over time, Timestream’s adaptive query processing engine spans across storage tiers to provide fast analysis while reducing costs.
